Abstract A series of poly(ethytene terephthalate) (PET) films with different degrees of planar orientation [$\Delta$(xy)z], crystallinity (Xc) and molecular weights were prepared by drawing biaxially, annealing at 110℃ and $\gamma$-imadiation of 0.5-4MGy. The peaks of localized energy states were separated from the detrapping cur-rent curves by means of poling temperature scanning method of themally stimulated current. The depth of localized energy levels enlarged with the rise of $\Delta$(xy)z, Xc and $\gamma$-inadiation dose. The kinds of structural defects increased because of the changes of orientation structure of chains, crystalline structure and molecular chain structure, which caused the number of localized states to increase from 2 to 6 and the distribution width of the depth of localized levels to broaden.

Altmetric calculates a score based on the online attention an article receives. Each coloured thread in the circle represents a different type of online attention. The number in the centre is the Altmetric score. Social media and mainstream news media are the main sources that calculate the score. Reference managers such as Mendeley are also tracked but do not contribute to the score. Older articles often score higher because they have had more time to get noticed. To account for this, Altmetric has included the context data for other articles of a similar age.
