摘要: The plasma with high spatial uniformity at moderate pd values is achieved by using a dielectric barrier discharge reactor with two liquid electrodes. The electrical and optical characteristics of the discharge are investigated by spatiotemporally resolved measurement. Results show that the plasma with high spatial uniformity can be maintained in a wide range of applied voltages and corresponding input powers as well. The influence of wall charges on the discharge power and the spatial uniformity is discussed.
