Approximate symmetry reduction for perturbed nonlinear Schr?dinger equation

We investigate the one-dimensional nonlinear Schr?dinger equation with a perturbation of polynomial type. The approximate symmetries and approximate symmetry reduction equations are obtained with the approximate symmetry perturbation theory.
