Modulation of carrier lifetime in MoS₂ monolayer by uniaxial strain

Wavelength-dependent transient absorption signal of MoS₂ monolayer. From the horizontal cut of the 2D plot of MoS₂ transient absorption signal, we could find the wavelength-dependent transient absorption gives a peak around 670 nm, which is in accordance with A exciton PL peak position.
