Schematic diagram of the Michelson interferometer of Raman lasers (MIRL) vibration measurement device. The red and blue lines represent the two Raman beams with two frequencies, respectively. The L arm is the measurement part which interacting with atoms while the R arm is the reference arm (blue dotted frame). The reference arm can be integrated in the structure to reduce the effect of changes in environmental parameters in the measurement. The detection part adopts the biorthogonal-interference-method to eliminate the nonlinear response of the interference intensity to the phase.
