Error of η value versus rotation rate of Raman laser’s mirror. (a) Rotation compensation around y-axis. (b) Rotation compensation around x-axis. When compensating for rotation around x-axis, the compensation value around y-axis is fixed at Ωm = –Ω0. The coefficient of rotation compensation around y-axis is –1.1 × 10−9/Ω0 and that around x-axis is –1.6 × 10−9/Ω0.
