Current improvement in substrate structured Sb₂S₃ solar cells with MoSe₂ interlayer

(a) Raman spectrum of MoSe₂. (b) AFM image of MoSe₂ atomic layer, the inset shows MoSe₂ thickness of around 8 nm, and the step between Mo (dark layer in the center) and MoSe₂ was created by a blade. AFM images of (c) Mo surface and (d) MoSe₂, their surface roughnesses (Ra) are 3.26 nm and 4.91 nm, respectively.
