Developing cold-resistant high-adhesive electronic substrate for WIMPs detectors at CDEX

Peel strength of the completed substrates after immersing inside liquid nitrogen for a series of durations. Besides the samples fabricated under 9 keV (red circle), those processed under 3 keV (black triangle) and 11 keV (blue square), and without the transition layer (pink hexagonal) are also included for comparisons. Note that the horizontal axis is not in the linear scale.
