Transport property of optical transistor by anti-phase controlling light in asymmetrical coupling system. Panels (a) and (c) show that Icout versus Ibin is dependent on the presence of antiphase bias field Icin. Light amplification regime is restricted by the gray dotted line of Icout = Ibin.
