Compressibility of graphite along c-axis. The curves are computed numerically by using Eq. (3) with L–J, K–C, and Lebedeva potentials. The straight solid line fits the slope at P = 0 of data computed for the KC potential, which corresponds to elasticity modulus C33=43.5 GPa. Data points are collected from works of Lynch and Drickamer (Ref. [62], A), Zhao and Spain (Ref. [63], B), Hanfland et al. (Ref. [64], C), and Clark et al. (Ref. [65], D).
