Ionization yields as a function of ellipticity ϵ(0,1) for: (a) Ar atom, when the laser intensity is fixed to the value: I=0.8 × 1014 W/cm2; (b) Xe atom, when the laser intensity is fixed to the value: I=0.5 × 1014 W/cm2.
