Counting rate of the SPCM from atomic fluorescence collected by the nanofiber versus time for three experimental conditions. In condition 1, all the MOT beams and magnetic field are switched off. In condition 2, all the MOT beams are switched on and the magnetic field is still switched off. In condition 3, all the MOT beams and the magnetic field are switched on.
