Resistivity as a function of temperature for Pr2CuOδ films with various oxygen contents. (a) The resistivity of the samples US3, US19, and US21 shows an upturn at the temperature defined as Tmin. (b) The resistivity versus temperature of S22, S19, S11, and S3 samples shows a good metallic behavior. The number in the sample label presents the superconducting transition temperature.
