Crystalline order and disorder in dusty plasmas investigated by nonequilibrium molecular dynamics simulations

Particle crystalline structure | Ψ ( t ) | with BCC lattice arrangement verses time ( t ω pd ) for five different plasma couplings (system temperature 1 / Γ ) of Γ= 10, 50, 100, 200, and 300 with very low value of constant force strength F * = 0.002 at (a) κ = 1.4, (b) κ = 2, and the system size is N = 864. The presented results illustrate the same trends as those shown in Refs. [13], [26], [35], [39]. The sizes of symbols corresponding to different data points are shown for clarity of picture at different Γ.
