Atomic structures and band structures of four types of B₂H₂ nanoribbons. Panels (a)–(d) are for ANR-as, ANR-s, ZNR-as, and ZNR-s, respectively. In each panel, atomic structures with different widths and corresponding band structures are presented. Panel (a) is for ANR-as with widths of 5.1 Å and 8.1 Å. Panel (b) is for ANR-s with widths of 5.2 Å and 11.2 Å. Panel (c) is for ZNR-as with widths of 5.9 Å and 11.2 Å. Panel (d) is for ZNR-s with widths of 6.0 Å and 11.3 Å.
