EM-based CVQKD protocol, where the entangled source is placed in the middle between Alice and Bob. Alice performs heterodyne detection to detect one half of the EPR state, while Bob exploits homodyne detection to measure the other half of the EPR state. The Gaussian attack on the links is performed by Eve using ancillas E1 and E2.
