The parameters are fixed as (a) a₂ = b₂ = e₃ = e₄ = e₆ = c = 1, e₅ = 2, a₁ = 1/2, e₂ = −2, ξ₀ = τ₀ = 0, m = 1; (b) a₁ = a₃ = b₃ = e₃ = e₄ = e₅ = c = 1, e₁ = 0, e₂ = −4, e₆ = 2, τ₀ = 2, ξ₀ = 0, m = 1.
