(color online) (a) The EQE values of perovskite/polymer hybrid photodetectors with different poly{2,5-bis(2-hexyldecyl)-2,5-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione-3,6-di(5-thiophen-2-yl) yl-alt-N-(2-ethylhexyl)-dithieno-[3,2-b:2,3-d]pyrrole-2,6-diyl} (PDPPTDTPT): PCBM ratios, and that of the pure polymer (w/o OIHP) photodetector, at a bias of −0.2 V. (b) TPC curve of the MAPbIxBr3−x/ polymer hybrid photodetector with a device area of 0.1 mm2. The TPC lifetime of the device was found to be 5.0 ns (from Ref. [26]).
