(a) NiFe(8 nm)/CoCrPt(10 nm) bilayers: top NiFe layer is disk, and bottom CoCrPt layer is square; (b) (CoCrPt(40 nm)/Cu(40 nm)/CoCrPt(10 nm)/NiFe (8 nm)) four-layer: bottom CoCrPt layer and Cu spacer layer are square with the same size as top CoCrPt layer.
