Variations of polarization ratio of seawater with correlation length of sea surface for: (a) L-band and (b) C-band. RMS height is 0.6 cm, dielectric constant of seawater for L-band and C-band are 82.70+j 23.88 and 64.21+j 37.52, respectively.
