Ghost images reconstructed from fractional-order moments with thermal light*

Experimental results with binary objects. The ghost images are obtained from the normalized fractional-order moments in Eq. (21). The fractional orders are set μ = −16.5 in panel (a), μ = −12.5 in panel (b), μ = −4.5 in panel (c), μ = −1.5 in panel (d), μ = −0.5 in panel (e), μ = 0.5 in panel (f), μ = 1.5 in panel (g), μ = 4.5 in panel (h), μ = 12.5 in panel (i), and μ = 16.5 in panel (j). The parameter ν = 2.7183 is fixed in all the ghost images. Each image has 56 × 56 pixels.
