The PMN-PT(110) was partially covered by SiO2 isolation, with dedicated openings in the SiO2 layer to directly attach the electrodes of the ME cell. The spin wave bus was a 5 μm wide Ni (20 nm)/NiFe (20 nm) bilayer. Aluminum loop antennas having a thickness of 200 nm and ME cells were designed for spin wave excitation and detection.
