The band structure of the MgTe (a) by the GW approximation in the presence of SOC interaction, (b) by the GGA and HGH-type pseudopotentials in the presence of SOC interaction, and the band structure of the HgTe in the vicinity of the point (c) without and (d) with SOC. The Fermi energy is set to zero.
