Measured SES of silver-coating at E0=300 eV for normal incidence. Three characteristic SEYs are given by integration on the corresponding energy ranges of SES (area [E1, E2]). Thus for this case, δts =1.572, δr = 0.401, and δe = 0.032. The upper energy cutoff for the true secondaries is somewhat arbitrarily, but conventionally, chosen to be 50 eV.
