Strong coupling between localized 5f moments and itinerant quasiparticles in the ferromagnetic superconductor UGe2

(color online) Temperature dependences of the FC magnetization, and the itinerant-quasiparticle magnetization of UGe2. The data for itinerant quasiparticles exaggerated for clarity were deduced from M ( θ ) = M loc cos θ + M itin , where M loc is the Ising-like magnetic moment of localized 5f electrons and M itin relatively isotropic from itinerant quasiparticles.
