Velocity-selective spectroscopy measurements of Rydberg fine structure states in a hot vapor cell

The deviations are the bias errors between the theoretical and measured data. It appears as if the 4-5′ -nD_5/2 transition frequencies are independent of quantum number n, this is because the 4-5′ -nD_5/2 is chosen as the reference frequency.
