(color online) Perpendicular hysteresis curves, observed at room temperature, for Si/Ta/NdFeB (100 nm)/Ta (x)/(NdCe)FeB(100 nm)/Ta(x)/NdFeB(100 nm)/Ta (x = 0, 2, 5, 10, and 20 nm) multilayer films deposited at 903 K with annealing at 948 K for 30 min.
