Modulation depth of series SQUIDs modified by Josephson junction area

The bias current based on the different junction area is 31.28 μA (5.3 μm²), 51.01 μA (8.2 μm²), 88.59 μA (15.9 μm²), 130.51 μA (22.5 μm²) for different junction area. The corresponding modulation depth is 13 μV, 32 μV, 66 μV, and 105 μV, respectively.
