(color online) Photos of unirradiated (left) and irradiated (right) cultures of Escherichia coli. Irradiations were done at distances of 5 cm to 20 cm from bulb surface. In all cases we obtained over 99.9% inactivation corresponding to disinfection coefficient of 4.3.
