(a) The harmonic spectrum generated by Ar is recorded by scanning the azimuth angle of the grating with 300 gr/mm. (b) The harmonic spectrum generated by Ne is recorded by scanning the angle of the grating with 600 gr/mm, and the intensity of the single-order HHG radiation is recorded by using a calibrated XUV diode behind the exit slit. The dashed line indicates the absorption edge of Al filter.
