(color online) In the velocity distribution of potential well, potential barrier, and only diffusion without potential, these (a) 300 K and (b) 700 K temperature conditions are similar to those of the Maxwell velocity distribution. The fitting curves of the rate points have a little deviation to the zeroth symmetrical axis and this deviation is about the drift velocity.
