(color online) Calculated formation energies as a function of Fermi energy for the complex V–N–H in ZnO under O-poor conditions for two different conditions of nitrogen (NO and NO), together with the formation energies of some individual defects such as V, N, H, H and also the V–N complex in ZnO.[14]
