Electric current-induced giant electroresistance in La_0.36Pr_0.265Ca_0.375MnO₃ thin films

The currents are 1, 100, 500 µA, and 1 mA, with the corresponding current densities of 20, 2.0×10³, 1.0×10⁴, 2.0×10⁴ A/cm², respectively. The upper inset shows the temperature dependences of ER under different currents. The lower inset shows the measurement configuration for the patterned LPCMO film. The four yellow rectangular parts are deposited gold for contact and the black parts are the patterned LPCMO films. The size of the LPCMO microbridge is 50 µm ×50 µm.
