Mid/far-infrared photo-detectors based on graphene asymmetric quantum wells

Total reflection probability R under oblique incidence (k_y = 0.1 nm⁻¹) as a function of incident energy. The quantum well is defined by V_I = 50 meV, V_II = 0, V_III = 50 meV + ΔV, and L = 400 nm. The red curve is for (, ΔV = 0) and the blue curve is for (, ΔV = 30 meV).
