Exciton–phonon interaction in Al_0.4Ga_0.6N/Al_0.53Ga_0.47N multiple quantum wells

PL decay curves for the main emission A and its phonon replicas A₁, A₂, and A₃ of the Al_0.4Ga_0.6N/Al_0.53Ga_0.47N MQWs at 10 K. The recombination lifetimes of the emission peaks of A, A₁, A₂, and A₃ are about 4.8 ns, 5.8 ns, 5.8 ns, and 5.6 ns, respectively.
