NRCS’s due to wave–current interactions in the coupled sea surface model with incidence angles ranging from 0° to 70°, where current velocities are C0 = −1.5 m·s−1, −1.0 m·s−1, −0.5 m·s−1, 0 m · s−1, 0.5 m·s−1, 1.0 m·s−1, and 1.5 m·s−1, respectively.
