Extinction spectra of graphene wrapping core–shell nanoparticle with different Fermi levels of graphene. Extinction spectra calculated by (a) the equivalent dielectric permittivity method and (b) the Mie theory with the Fermi level of graphene wrapping silica nanoparticle change from 1.0 eV to 0.3 eV, while keeping the radius of the graphene wrapping nanoparticle fixed at 60 nm.
