Electron transport in electrically biased inverse parabolic double-barrier structure

Comparison of the transmission coefficient in the RDB and IPDB structures for two different values of well width (a) L_W = 5 nm and (b) L_W = 7.5 nm. Electric field of 20 kV/cm is taken and we chose W_L = W_R = 5 nm and V_L = V_R = 200 meV.
