Dependence of the transmission coefficient calculated by FDM-NEGF on the varying values of (a) barrier widths at L_W = 5 nm, and (b) well widths at W_L = W_R = 5 nm. In both subfigures we set V_L = V_R = 150 meV and electric field is chosen to be F = 30 kV/cm.
