Spectral and ion emission features of laser-produced Sn and SnO₂ plasmas

EUV CE at 13.5 nm of plasmas formed from pure Sn target and ceramic SnO₂ target varies with the vacuum degree. The smooth curves represent best fits obtained with exponentially saturating curve fitting.
