Here we adopt the master-slave type coincidence counter. The electrical count signals of D1 are delayed by DG535 (Stanford Research systems) then trigger D2. Naturally, the count rate of D2 represents the coincidence rate. For each measured temporal misalignment, the measurement time lasts for 1 minute, which contains 600 data points.
