Positions and trajectory of the 5th N atom from 5.075 ns to 5.095 ns obtained by simulation of Case 5. Because of the periodic boundary condition, the top surface coincides with the bottom surface, and the line from top to bottom shows that the atom escapes from the top of the upper bubble and enters the lower bubble from the edge of the bottom surface. |
