| The T phase formed at relatively low temperature range. (a) (20 nm×20 nm) A surface with mostly hexagonal close packed structure of this phase, where small pieces of phase are being nucleated inside the T phase. (b) (50 nm×50 nm) A surface with better ordered T phase, in some area appearing as long chains. |
