Reset time and timing jitter. (a) The oscilloscope traces of the response pulse of the SNSPD biased at I B = 8.3 μA, when DCR is about 100 cps. The decay time of the SNSPD ( τ ) was defined as the time required for the pulse to decay from 90% to 10% of the maximum of the pulse (red arrows).
