The U – V phase diagram of the half-filled period Anderson model on the honeycomb lattice at T = 0.05, showing the boundary between the antiferromagnetic-order state (AF) and Kondo singlet state (KS). Inset shows the finite temperature phase diagrams of period Anderson model at U = 4.0 and U = 8.0. The antiferromagnetic-order state (AF) lies in the small V region at low temperature, the antiferromagnetic-order state goes phase transition to paramagnetic-order state (PM) due to the thermal fluctuation and Kondo screening effect. With the increase in the on-site interaction U , the region of the antiferromagnetic-order state is enlarged.
