| Plots of the calculated ASE intensity for D-broadened line-shape for saturated C 1,D- and unsaturated . The inset shows the calculated gain profiles for the unsaturation and saturation ( G 1,D-profile) conditions. For l AMP = 0.2 cm, is calculated to be 43.50 cm−1, which is much lower than expected. Thus, the D-broadened line is not able to explain the ASE behavior. |
