Majorana fermion realization and relevant transport processes in a triple-quantum dot system |
Currents I L and I R as a function of ɛ 1 for different ɛ M with (a) ɛ 2 = 0 ( I L: positive, I R: negative) and (b) ɛ 2 = 0.5 meV; for (c) different μ R and (d) different t ( t 0 = Δ 0 = t) with ɛ M = 0.5 meV. The other parameters are t 0 = Δ 0 = 0.05 meV, μ L = 0.2 mV, μ R = 0, k BT0 = 0.2 mV (T0∼2.3 K), and Γ 0 = 0.01 meV expected for the specific indication. |
