| Valley and spin dependent transmission probability T K ( K′ )/ T ↓(↑) as a function of the incident angle θ . The superlattice numbers are taken as (a) N = 3, (b) N = 5, (c) N = 7, and (d) N = 9. Parameters are A = 1.9 meV, L = 2.1 nm, E = 2.1 meV, k F = E (ℏ v F) = 2.2 nm−1, and λ = Δ z = 1 meV. |
