Green scatters are the Raman response of sample with x = 0.065 at 298 K in the Raman shift range from 90 cm⁻¹ to 180 cm⁻¹. The solid smooth line through the data is the corresponding fit with the Lorentz model. An in-plane Raman-active phonon mode can be seen at about 130 cm⁻¹, which can be produced by the Lorentz oscillator. The inset shows the fitting curves of the phonon mode at several selected temperatures.
