Experimental data of temperature-dependent PL peak energy for LEDs W7 (a), W8 (b), and W9 (c), and fitting curves (solid lines) according to Eq. ( 3 ). The values of σ are 18.1 meV, 17.6 meV, and 8.0 meV for W7, W8, and W9, respectively. The dashed lines are a guide for the eye.
